TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've been teaching for 2 years but have been fostering children's growth for over 7 years. I taught second grade and fifth grade, and worked at a summer camp for kids ages 5-12 for six years.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Integrating arts and technology is a passion of mine in the classroom. Encouraging students to be resourceful and creative challenges their thinking and motivates them to learn.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I grew up in a small town outside of Boston, MA. I attended pre-k through high school in this small suburb, where I had amazing teachers who inspired me to become a teacher. I graduated from UMD with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and minor in French language.
