I cut along the circles, punched holes on the top and bottom and slid each label on the stick part of a superhero lollipop for meet the teacher night.
Put these Checklists by each Daily 5 Station so students know how to rate themselves (I use the Marzano Fist to Four hand signal/number).
After each rotation, they go back to their seat and give them self a rating on the checklist.
Input your students names ( or numbers if you line kids up in # order) in each of the editable Daily 5 stations. Monday only has 2 rotations due to shortened/ early release days.
