I have been teaching for 19 years, various grades, in the same school system. I have works with mostly EIP students my whole teaching career. I was a Reading Specialist for a year, but didn't like the fact that I couldn't really "be with all my children" in a classroom setting.
I love to teach creatively with music and aspects that they students can relate to. Mostly all hands on teaching, very interactive and engaging.

Growing up I have always experienced teachers that were dull, and didn't seem to teach to my interest. Of course there wasn't any multiple intelligence test then, but I grew board and uninterested in my classwork. I vowed that I would become a teacher that would be able to teach all children to their interest, and that's what I do. I mostly use music because most of my kids are bodily- kinesthetic. I hope that you can use some of the activities that I use in my class, and make your lessons memorable and fun.
