TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I currently teach at a high performing private school in Calabasas, California. I also have experience teaching in public schools, as well as higher education institutions. Cumulatively, I have 10 years of teaching experience.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I build a very nurturing and trusting community of students in my classroom. My lessons are quite equally divided into lecture, activity, writing, and discussion to keep the class pace moving and to keep students engaged. I also believe in keeping my students organized, and so provide them with the tools to do so in the form of unit packets, graphic organizers, and online portfolios.
