This fun activity is aligned with the CCSS, PK.CC.1 ~ Listen to and say the names of numbers in many contexts. This standard is for Pre-K, but this activity is wonderful for special needs students in the upper primary grades. Print and laminate.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I hold a dual licensure in B.A. Special Education K-12 and Elementary Education K-6. I taught for a few years and absolutely loved my students. I began feeling called to stay at home with our son and we are now beginning our journey as foster parents. I love that what I learned as a teacher can carry over into our home. I'd like to think that I'll be back in the classroom one day, but I'm thankful that I am still using the skills I've gained and continuing to grow as a teacher.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love using visuals and using a hands-on approach.
