Having taught middle school Social Studies since 2009, I have taught U.S. History, World History and Civics/Government. I have also taught English/Language Arts and Journalism.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching focuses on historical thinking skills and literacy skills. My lessons are rigorous and use a lot of inquiry and collaboration. I love watching student investigate sources and create their own meaning.
