I retired from teaching and moved to the woods of Washington. I taught 14 years of 5th grade and 4 years of 3rd grade. A few months into my retirement I was diagnosed with Stage 4 bone cancer. It is a slow growing cancer, but it shut down my retirement dream of being a substitute teacher in Washington.
My class is noisy, lively, silly, fun. I want my students to love learning, and I will do anything to make them excited about life and school.
