MY TEACHING STYLE

I am big on student group work and research based methods. One of my first lessons taught is how to use a dicitonary. I want kids knowing and using every resource available.

Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity. Graduated Distinguished Honor (top of class) from the Signal School, Ft Gordon, US Army. Graduated top of my class from the School of Computer Technology.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

Graduated from WVU in 1996 with a foreign language degree. Graduated from the School of Computer Technology in 1999 with a degree in Computer Information Systems Graduated from the Ft Gordon Signal School US Army in 2001. Currently enrolled at Marshall University obtaining a double Masters in Teaching Sciences and Special Education MultiCat.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Served combined 8 years in the Active Duty US Army (6 years) and National Guard (2 years). Was medically discharged in 2009 with the rank of E5. I was deployed twice to Iraq (2003 and 2005) both for 15 month deployments.
