Throughout my University career, I have had the opportunity of teaching in numerous classrooms ranging from grades 3-8. I have previous worked in a daycare for 7 years and a gymnastics coach for 6 years. I have a passion for working with children and making classroom lessons fun and engaging for my students!
Let's Get Moving! My lessons focus on getting my students as hands-on and engaged as possible. Introduce topics in a way that is relevant and exiting to them. Encourage them to explore, create, collaborate, ask questions, discover, and grow! Have them share their learning in a way that make sense for them. We all learn and share our thinking differently. Acknowledge it and encourage it! Your students will thank you.
