Experience working in the settings of In-home, school shadowing, and therapy/child development centers using Applied Behavior Analysis from kids and young adults. I have experience in promoting communication, building basic academic and life skills, to teaching vocational skills. I have also worked with education professionals to help train them in ABA in order to be able to provide a better classroom setting and giving them the additional skills needed to work with children with behavioral issues or developmental disabilities. I now work in a public school setting as an Elementary Life Skills Teacher.
My practices follow that of Applied Behavior Analysis using positive reinforcement.
