I have taught Kindergarten for three years and Early Childhood Special Education for 7 years.
In my classroom I stress that we all try our best and not get discouraged. If a mistake is made, it is a learning experience. I also believe that we need to celebrate and encourage individuality and that we may all learn from each other. Students should be engaged and active participants in the learning experience.
While teaching Kindergarten I was nominated teacher of the year in 2007-2008 school year
Bachelor's of Elementary Education, Masters of Teaching in Learning Disabilities, and Masters of Teaching in Early Childhood Education
