I teach high school biology, AP Biology, and general science. I am a mentor for teachers in the city school district and I run professional developments for teachers on developing games for the use in their classrooms, as well as for classroom management and Learner Focused Conversations.
I believe that students learn when they are interested in the subject and when the lessons are interesting and exciting. I believe that collaboartive learning in the classroom involves students in their own learning.
