TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I began teaching children ages 3-5, and enjoyed that time for 3 years. For one year of that time, I also taught high school classes: introduction to visual arts, drawing, and painting. Since then I have been teaching K - 5 visual arts at the best little elementary school on Philpot Street. My lessons focus on the Elements of Art and Principles of design using drawing, painting, crafts, fiber arts, ceramics, and basic sculpture techniques. Our school also performs musicals each year, and I have been in charge of props and set design.
