TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been a classroom teacher in grades 3-6, a Title 1 math teacher for grades 1-6, and a Gifted/Talented teacher for grades K-6. In addition to the 16 years I spent in the classroom, I have also been a district math facilitator for six years and I am currently an Instructional Specialist for a K-6 elementary school in Euless, Texas.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe every child can learn and be successful if he or she is given the correct tools and the necessary support. I create teaching materials to facilitate small group instruction and centers in all grade levels.
