Beth Decker has been teaching high school for 20 years. From 1999-2003 she served as a teacher on special assignment in a new position as district literacy coordinator, where she created and implemented a successful district wide professional development program. The cornerstone of the project was her original, revolutionary video series, Get Real! Learning, she wrote and produced with students teaching key reading/learning strategies. That video series has now morphed over the past decade into her life planning project called Get Real!
Everything in her classroom focuses around her motto..."If you teach a mind to learn..."
