TEACHING EXPERIENCE

My instruction is driven by my experiences teaching 4-year-old preschool, tutoring at-risk and struggling learners, counseling K-12 students at a variety of camps, teaching an English classroom in China, and working with K-4 gifted students in my current position.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I present gifted curriculum through a lens of inquiry and problem solving. I promote growth mindsets in my classroom and develop students' love of learning by providing hands-on, rigorous challenges.
