A career advisor by profession, Giosuè Pianciamore has spent the vast majority of his professional life working in various capacities within the fields of career counselling and guidance. In 2011, Giosuè joined the Department of Student Services where he has been delivering, on a daily basis, career guidance, information and advice to students throughout their educational development. It is a role which Giosuè still holds to this day, allowing him to assist and support students, whilst offering his expertise on other concerns students may have during those critical, decision-making phases throughout primary and secondary education.
Giosuè's experience and background also places him at a strategic vantage point in allowing him to clearly explain to people looking to enter the workforce precisely what is expected from them in the world of work, helping them to draft a detailed and personalised CV, as well as supplying them with the tools needed during today’s demanding job interview process.

In 2010, Giosuè was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (General) and Psychology (Hons. Equiv.) by the University of Malta. Six years later, in January 2016, Giosue’ achieved a Master’s Degree in Guidance Studies – a course offered by the University of Derby.
It was during his MA studies that Giosuè developed a better understanding of the need for individual support, communication and listening skills, interpersonal skills and other qualities which are needed in the field of career guidance. During his final year at University, Giosuè also spent one year working with local NGO, Caritas, where he supported individuals with drug addiction.
