TEACHING EXPERIENCE

• Lead and direct the development of unit plans in line with syllabus guide. Support fellow colleagues developing lesson plans, classroom management and lesson delivery. • Key member of International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) Academic Planning Committee in defining professional development modules. • Organize students’ excursion, learning visits and invite guest speakers to enhance admissions to foreign universities, IELTES and SAT. • Oversee and coordinate teaching staff professional growth including classroom management, lesson delivery, assessment, teaching strategies, feedback, etc. • Spearhead the development of Middle Years Program (MYP) Humanities curriculum while acted as a moderator in facilitating learning. • Teach the IBDP Business & Management while guide and supervise students on IBDP Extended Essay. • Provide lessons on Cambridge International General Certificate for Secondary Education (IGCSE) Business Studies and Accounting while facilitate the Theory of Knowledge( TOK) in assisting students in achieving their objectives. • Appointed by the IBO as an external examiner for IBDP Business & Management Standard Level Paper 2 and moderator for HL Internal Assessment. • Ensure high standards and service of organizational management and professional development to assist students and peers in achieving set goals. • Champion learner-centered teaching strategies with key focus on the needs, preferences and interests of the learner to enable allow students to grow and mature holistically. • Confer and discuss with parents regarding student’s progress, strengths and weaknesses while provide recommendation of improvement.
