I originally started out teaching Child Development and Interpersonal Studies. When I changed schools I taught everything in addition to Culinary. Slowly, my culinary program has filled and now all I teach is Culinary Arts. In the fall I heavily focus on getting all my students ServSafe certified, while starting out in the kitchen.
