I've taught fifth grade for 1 year, special education resource room for 3 years, and next year I'll be a Teacher Consultant/Resource Teacher.
Received the Peoples Prize award for a Transformation project at the Detroit News. Selected as the Grand Prize winner of a $50,000 educational grant out of 6,600 entrants in the national “I Can” essay writing contest put on by Dollar General and sponsored by Kimberly Clark Global Sales, Inc.
