TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching longer than my students have been alive... and am always looking for new and creative ways to inspire my students to tackle 'scary algebra'.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I try to incorporate real-life problems to mathematical situations, including activities and events in the school itself. Technology has become part of my toolbox along with the 'Rule of Four': seeing math represented in tables, graphs, equations, and words. I also am beginning a journey with Interactive Notebooks (INB) with inspiration from other TPT teachers!
