MY TEACHING STYLE

Student-Centered. By nature I am a facilitator and delegator passionate about small group/collaborative learning and Kagan Structures. I am a strong believer in "bringing the outside in", that is to say, students are invited to share their real-life experiences and perspectives to make personal connections with the subject matter and their peers. I have found that engagement of this type is not only effective, but critical in high school and adult learning settings.
