MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a reading specialist with experience working with children in K-8. I use whatever strategies, approaches, techniques and materials that fit the needs of my students. I use a variety of programs and approaches-- incorporating Fountas & Pinnell’s Leveled Literacy Instruction program, and the Orton-Gillingham approach; plus a huge dosage of individual praise and positive reinforcement!
