Teaching is the most boring thing in the world... is what five year old me thought. Who knew it was what I would end up doing the rest of my life? I have been teaching since I was sixteen, from language tutoring to social skills for children with learning disabilities. I can't imagine my life doing anything else. Currently I am a 10th grade History teacher in Ecuador, but am always looking to learn from new experiences.
Love. I think the only constant is love. Have gone through several methodological changes, and as such I believe the most important is simply staying connected to my kids.

I am a high school drop out! Once I realized how school failed me, a once devoted student, I made sure to keep myself moving to make sure I never turned into that type of teacher for my students.
I am from a bi-cultural family in Ecuador, always caught up trying to make the best of two worlds. I can't wait to learn more every day!
