TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have 15 years of experience teaching Spanish. The past 10 years have been spent at the elementary level, where I have taught K - 3rd Grade. My passion is early language education, and I have done extensive research on best practices and teaching methods. I have experience writing elementary world language curriculum, where I have designed theme-based units, lessons, and activities.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My focus is on comprehensible input and I employ the TPRS teaching method in my classroom. My focus is always on creating meaningful opportunities for my students to communicate using the language.
