This is meant to be used during a book club not at the end of a book. The students take turns rolling the dice and answer the questions. I use it usually after the group has read a few chapters in the book club to help facilitate discussions.
I use these cards to put the childs ZPD AR level after they test for the BOY, MOY and EOY. I laminate them and then the child carries them to the library to ensure they are getting books on their independent reading level.
These can be used in different ways. There are six pages with four cards on each page. I usually cut and laminate them and after teaching the unit I hand them out as exit tickets and have the students each take a card and answer them on the way out.
I used this for a center and placed the items pictured in a sandwich bag with magnets and I laminated the pages so to use it again and again. The students simply circled the yes or no if the item was magnetic.
Here you will find an organizer and three essential questions from the first four chapters in the book. I hope to add the rest of the chapters soon. I handed each student an organizer and then assigned one of the characters to the student to follow

I use this to see how much my students know about Microsoft Word prior to them creating a Friendly Letter in Word. It gives me a great starting point on what to teach to ensure they can create a letter.
