I have worked in public health (chronic and infectious disease) for 10 years. I have taught health and wellness to youth and adults for 25+ years. I have also taught stress management at behavioral health clinics. I started off learning about health and prevention as a pre-doctoral fellow in disease prevention at Stanford University.
I believe that learning should be fun! I like to interact with my students. I use a multi-sensory approach to learning and try to integrate emotions. Through this approach to learning, students of all ages retain what they learn.

I love teaching people of all ages skills to live healthy. I teach kids Heath Ninjas and they LOVE it. Kids remember Health Ninjas years after I teach to them. Parents thank me as their kids now wash their hands more and choose healthy snacks. I hope you enjoy Health Ninjas and my other lessons as I upload them. My goal is to make these lessons very affordable so that students and teachers everywhere can enjoy them.
