TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have worked in the Affective Needs classroom for 3 years now, and love every minute of it. (Okay, not every minute, but I keep coming back because I love these kids so darn much!)

MY TEACHING STYLE

I teach in an Affective Needs classroom for students with severe or profound behavior and emotional needs. We teach lessons that are shorter, more interactive, and more hands-on. our lessons generally are all designed to be delivered in 30 minutes or less. They are also designed for small group or centers-based instruction.
