TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been teaching 2nd graders for 14and a half years! I love my job and my co workers! I have my Masters in Reading and Literacy and advocate early childhood reading! I am also a mom of 2~which gives you all kinds of experience! I have worked in 3rd, K, and 4th grade classrooms as well. I love mentoring other teachers, especially new and student teachers.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a hands-on, visual teacher! I like to get in there and get dirty with a Science experiment or read a history story about the special Georgia people that our students learn about everyday!
