TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I taught 6th grade math and reading for four years and 4th grade in a self-contained classroom for three years. After relocating to a new state, I'm taking a small break from teaching.

I graduated Suma Cum Laude from Auburn University with a bachelor's in Elementary Education. I later earned my master's degree in reading education and became certified as a reading specialist.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I am a highly organized 29-year-old teacher, and I consider myself to be extremely devoted to my students! I am always striving to create the most valuable experiences that allow them to walk away with deep content knowledge and a true understanding of the material. I am happily married to my high school sweetheart, and we have two energetic dogs - Sophie and Lilly! We also have the most adorable cat, Wallie. In our free time we love to travel, watch movies, and spend time with our family and friends.
