I taught for 3 years before becoming a Stay at home/homeschooling mom.
I strongly believe that it is never too early to start teaching children and believe that they can learn amazing things when given the opportunity, no matter what the age. I strongly believe play is an important part of learning. Students learn through play.
Summa Cum Laude
I have a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Reading.
Currently, as a stay at home mom to a toddler and newborn, I look forward to engaging in activities with my daughter that allow her to freely explore her surroundings. I strongly believe play is important and offer these types of experiences to her. I have a longing to more thoroughly understand the Montessori learning structure and seek to incorporate these types of activities into my daughter's early years.
