Hermione is an Educator, Professional Career Coach, and a highly respected Human Resources Business Partner. She taught multiple subjects in Elementary Education for the NYC Department of Education, and has spent years working in various HR roles specializing in performance management, career development, and talent acquisition for mid-size to large global corporations and nonprofit organizations. Driven by her own career experiences, Hermione desires to help others through individual career coaching, and hosting career development workshops for students or new professionals on topics such as career management, resume building, job search strategies, interview readiness, career reinvention, and self-branding.
Hermione's teaching philosophy is learning through interest, experience, application, engagement, dialogue, coaching, visuals, shadowing, questioning, and sharing of information. Whether she is coaching someone individually or conducting a group workshop, the lesson is interactive, inclusive, and geared to provide information, receive information, promote discussion, raise questions, and expand one's thoughts.

Hermione holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Long Island University. As part of her own academic fulfillment, Hermione is completing a Masters in Human Resources with a core focus on Employment Law and Training Development at Penn State University. Also, she continues to receive coaching support from the International Coaching Academy.
Currently, Hermione resides in New York and provides coaching services across the United States. In her spare time, Hermione enjoys independent films, traveling, meeting up with friends, reading, and craftwork.
