I have eight years of experience working in the public school system and teaching middle school language arts and social studies. I am also an adjunct professor at a local university, where I teach introductory history courses.
My teaching style is interactive, project-based, creative, and emphasizes the fun of learning. I believe that kids learn better when they can work together, create a product, and think critically. I do not "teach to the test" in my classroom.
