I have eleven years experience teaching a variety of courses and levels: AP Literature, AP Language, 12th, 12th Honors/Gifted, 11th, 11th Honors/Gifted, 11th Collaboration, 11th Deaf Collaboration, 10th, 10th Honors/Gifted, 9th Honors/Gifted, and Literary Magazine.


My teaching style centers around analysis and evaluation of challenging texts. My students demonstrate their close readings through a variety of methods: Socratic seminars, graphic organizers, jigsaw presentations, formal presentations, info-graphics, group writing tasks, multiple choice, and most importantly ESSAYS and RESEARCH PAPERS.
