TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have almost 40 years of teaching experience and love the lesson planning process.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I thoroughly enjoy interaction with my students and enjoy getting students excited about learning.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

Being named Teacher of the Year at my school and also being name a Wal-Mart Teacher of the Year were great honors for me. I was also a semifinalist for HEB Teacher of the Year. However, the greatest honors come when full grown former students come to me and tell me how much they enjoyed my class. That is the best of the best.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I have taught in our elementary school for many years, andi have also taught Math Methods for Elementary Teachers at the university level.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
