I try to just be myself with my students and let them know I care about them. I have found that they will not care about what I have to say until I show them I care about them.

I'm in my fourth year of teaching and currently teach Humanities in Beaverton, OR to a group of some pretty awesome 8th graders. Humanities allows me to teach a combination of my favorite loves: history, writing and literature! My class is always engaging and full of life! I hope that I can help you to do the same!
