TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been in the classroom for 5 years teaching 7th and 8th grade students social studies. I have spent the past years developing a common core aligned curriculum that infuses all core subjects.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Teaching is the most rewarding and exciting job in the world! I like to demonstrate that to my students by developing lessons that are fun and engaging and involve more student participation. I believe that when students take ownership of their learning, they are more likely to retain that information.
