I have taught Special Education since 2015. I am wildly passionate about what I do, and I truly believe it has made me who I am. I've taught in both self-contained and resource settings for students with mild, moderate, and severe learning, cognitive, and physical disabilities at the elementary level. I will be transitioning to a middle school setting for students with emotional and mental health challenges for the 2020-2021 school year.
I believe valuable resources are ones that help instill student independence in the classroom as well as promote inclusive practices.
