With over 30 years of combined educational experience under their belt, the Incubate to Innovate team have been paraprofessionals, classroom teachers, classroom specialists, curriculum developers, and school administrators. In the end, we are fellow educators who care deeply about innovation design thinking, transforming the teaching and learning environment for deeper learning, developing genuine relationships with students, and being a ChangeMaker in education and beyond.
The Incubate to Innovate team would consider themselves innovative, exploratory educational leaders who create lessons and deep authentic learning experiences that develop empathetic problem solving skills and inspire stewardship of ideas to cultivate social change and widespread impact using innovation design thinking. Our company champions the deeper learning movement that supports the development of essential skills in the context of mastering core academic content through meaningful, relevant, and applicable work. Incubate to Innovate values relationships and our distinctive ChangeMaker Process ™ extends beyond the mode of “create” to “collaborate” and “connect. These modes foster learning and growing from one another and encourage individuals to be good stewards of what they have been given by serving, sharing, and contributing with their ideas.
