My teaching experience during the past two decades includes roles in early childhood, upper elementary, and college courses. I have taught both special education and the majority of the time was a general education classroom teacher. I was a Project Manager, for the Federally Funded Department of Education Turnaround School Leaders Program Grant.
I have been equipped with a vast knowledge of how individuals learn and what learning environments allow people to excel in through my education, research and many teaching experiences. This knowledge coupled with my desire impact education and school experiences has stirred a vision in me to impact many students through innovative methods and practices in a systematic way. I feel that it is essential to share this experience and passion with students, parents, educators, and administration.
