As a 16-year veteran teacher of general and special education early elementary (Pre-K through 3rd grade), I have developed lessons, activities, assessments and teacher resources to meet a variety of instructional needs. Additionally, I have designed resources and presented strategies for effective technology integration in the classroom.
I have a constructivist approach to teaching and learning. I believe it is critical for students to develop a love of learning through interesting and challenging activities that reinforce basic skills and requires critical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration.
