I am a 4th grade teacher in Georgia. I have taught in a departmentalized Social Studies/Science classroom, and I now co-teach with a special education teacher all day. I am working towards my master's degree in Instructional Technology and my leadership endorsement. I currently serve as my school's part-time digital coach.
I believe learning should be self-directed and fun! The more integration of subject areas the better. I also believe incorporating technology keeps students engaged and motivated!

I come from a family with generations of wonderful teachers! Teaching was the obvious career choice for me, and I cannot imagine doing anything else. I have learned that great teaching requires collaboration and sharing ideas which is why I decided to share some activities that have worked successfully in my classroom with you!
