TEACHING EXPERIENCE

8th, 11th, & 12th grade ELA; Student Council

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is informed by socio-cultural learning theory. I believe that I can be a much better helper/guide than dictator. It's not in my genes! I love sharing things with students, but even more, I adore when students share things with me. All together we create a synergistic environment that lends itself to new discoveries and new knowledge. Learning is a journey. Teaching is a journey. So fab that the two go hand-in-hand, yes?
