I have taught 1st, 3rd, and 4th grade in Florida and Georgia public schools. I am currently an ESOL teacher for grades K-4 and an early intervention reading teacher for grades K and 1.
I like to incorporate hands-on activities and cooperative group work as much as possible. Incorporating technology as much as possible is a must! Cross-curricular projects and units are also my thing!
I graduated with honors from Florida State University and I had the honor of being a model classroom while teaching regular ed in Florida.

I have a wonderful family consisting of an Air Force husband, the cutest little boy ever, and three crazy four-legged Boxer children named Winston, Belle, and Cooper.
