TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught 6th, 7th and 8th grade math in North Carolina for the past 4 years. I have taught remediation classes that focus on games and math support for struggling students. I have also taught regular and gifted 6th and 8th grade math.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I blend teacher centered and student centered instruction. I love giving students complex problems and asking good thinking questions to help them out without giving them answers. Although often difficult in a regular classroom setting, I love creating individualized activities and problems for students.
