MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I first knew I wanted to become a teacher when I started playing "school" at a very young age. I was always the kid who begged my elementary school teachers for extra books and was first in line when they were throwing out old editions of textbooks. Textbooks? Yes, you heard me right, textbooks. I went to private school from Kindergarten all the way through high school. I have my BA in Elementary Education and Special Education (Birth-Grade 2 & Grades 1-6). I also have an MA in Literacy.
