TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been in education for 26 years. I am currently a kindergarten teacher in the public school system at a Visual and Performing Arts School.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I teach using whole group and small group activities. The beginning of the school year is more teacher centered with a progression toward more student centered as my kindergarten students learn the rituals and routines of the classroom. It is my goal to teach in a manner that ensures all students are learning!

I was awarded Teacher of the Year in 2011-2012.
