Certified Teacher - Dalton Public Schools
The philosophical foundations of my teaching style are derived from my worldview, metaphysical, and epistemological beliefs. I strongly believe in the importance of consistent discipline, quality curriculum development, and celebrating diversity within a learning community. Exemplary educators should develop strong curriculums with the knowledge to support it, set high academic standards for both students and themselves, respect intellectual diversity inside and outside of the classroom, and build trust among their students. Perhaps, the most important lesson educators can teach their students is the ability to think critically.

My name is Jason Armstrong. I currently live in Georgia, with my wife of 20+ years, our four children, two dogs, and one newly adopted kitten. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy playing guitar with the worship band at our church and developing/maintaining the church’s website.
