Jeff Ertzberger EdGames

Jeff Ertzberger, the creator of EdGames, is a lifelong educator. He began his teaching career as a public school teacher in middle and high school for seven years. He then worked at the state department of public instruction for two years, and for the last 10 has worked as a university lecturer showing young teacher candidates how to inspire, engage, and enhance their classrooms through the use of technology.

I believe in engagement. All of my products have the ability to engage students in the lesson. I have a passion for creating technology tools that enhance learning and save teachers’ time.

The materials I create were given a Microsoft Innovative Teachers award. This award recognized innovative uses of technology in teaching.

I received my masters degree and doctoral degree in Educational Technology. I have the wonderful privilege of using the knowledge and skills from those degrees to show other teachers how they can engage their classroom through the use of technology.

I have presented at regional and international conferences on an array of educational topics including technology use and teacher training and has often been a featured or keynote speaker at these events.
