I created these addition flash cards since I did not have any in my room. We play "Around the World" with these and I just flash them up on the board. During free time the students play it themselves! It is also a great center activity.
This notebook creation was created for literacy centers for our schools "Daily 5". The game is simply based on how well they know the difference between an adverb and a verb. If the word is put in the wrong category then the vortex spits it back
This was a great use in my students reading notebooks that we use during guided reading. We have already talked about these together as a whole class. Then in groups we read the book, and worked on each section together. The students cut apart
Students color and glue down the center of their flower in their notebooks. They lift up the petal and write the rounded number under it. Editable so you can modify it for any rounding you are working on.
